Job Description

We are looking for a Marketing Data Analyst who will be responsible for supporting Marketing strategy & planning with actionable data and insights to improve commercial performance.

Key Responsibilities and Duties:

Develop and present reports to internal stakeholders on marketing topics to include: consumer research, customer segmentation, distribution channel performance, digital & social marketing campaigns, website performance analytics and CRM campaigns.


Tracking, reporting and analyzing commercial KPIs including sales performance and trends, ancillary sales, online sales funnel etc.

Tracking, reporting and analyzing Marketing KPIs including Web and App performance, and marketing campaign performance

Measurement of ROIs from online and offline campaigns

Tracking CRM campaign metrics, formulate reports, and make recommendations.

Tracking and measuring important organizational metrics like NPS, CLV, Retention rate, Churn rate etc.

Using databases and queries (Microsoft SQL), Excel, Google Analytics and other statistical analysis tools to analyze internal and external customer data.

Using CRM/ CDP for behavioral analysis and segmentation.

Managing Customer Satisfaction Survey and other surveys and create monthly reports.

Tracking Affiliate partners performance and validating their sales claims at the end of every month.

Providing ad-hoc analytics requests.

Design & present dashboards , reports and ad hoc analyses to key stakeholders in order to guide understanding of KPIs and business drivers.

Analyse industry research reports covering quantitative and qualitative analysis when required.

Maintain key market statistics database for use in reports & presentations.

Any other tasks, as assigned by the Management.

Requirements and Qualifications:

Degree in Marketing, Sales, Statistics or mathematics.

Experience linking multiple data platforms and with data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau).

Proficient in Excel, SQL, HTML, Google Analytics etc.

Experience with digital media analytics – SEM, programmatic, multi- attribution modeling.

Ability to build analytics dashboards or other software solutions.

Strong excel skills, working with large data sets.

Good organizational and time-management skills.

Good communication skills in English.
